Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and the booking confirmation at the time of check-in.

Guests arriving after the scheduled check-in time are requested to inform the hotel in advance.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if valid identification or booking confirmation is not provided.

Guests are requested to complete all check-out formalities before the scheduled check-out time.

Late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.

All outstanding charges, including room service, minibar, damages, or other incidental expenses, must be settled before departure.

Guests are requested to return all room keys or access cards during check-out.

The hotel reserves the right to charge additional fees for delayed check-out without prior approval.

Any personal belongings left behind after check-out will be handled according to the hotel's lost and found policy.

Refunds for security deposits, where applicable, will be processed according to the hotel's policy after room inspection.

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before check-in.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.

Cancellations made on the check-in date or in the event of a no-show are non-refundable.

Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Date modifications are subject to room availability and applicable rate differences.
