We know that travel plans can shift unexpectedly. This policy explains how you can cancel a hotel, darshan, or travel booking made through AdiSom, and what refund you may be eligible for depending on when you cancel.
You can cancel an eligible booking directly from your AdiSom account under "My Bookings", or by contacting our support team. Once a cancellation is confirmed, you will receive an email with the details.
The refund amount depends on how far in advance you cancel before your check-in or service date. The illustrative slabs below will be finalised soon:
Some special-rate or promotional bookings may be marked as non-refundable at the time of booking. These cannot be cancelled for a refund, and this will always be clearly indicated before you confirm payment.
Where availability allows, you may be able to reschedule your booking to a different date instead of cancelling. Any difference in price between the original and new dates may apply.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
