Check-in Policy
 
- Check-in Time: 12:00 PM onwards
- Early Check-in: Subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
- Every guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID) at check-in.
- The primary guest must be 18 years of age or older.
- Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport and Visa.
- Full or advance payment may be required at the time of check-in.
- Room allocation is subject to availability.
- Guests are requested to provide accurate contact details during check-in.

Check-out Policy
 
- Check-out Time: 11:00 AM.
- Late Check-out: Subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests are requested to return the room key/card to the reception at the time of check-out.
- Any pending charges (room service, damages, or other services) must be settled before departure.
- The room will be inspected before the final check-out process is completed.
- Guests are requested to ensure that all personal belongings are collected before leaving. AdiSom Hotel is not responsible for items left behind.
- An invoice/bill will be provided at the time of check-out.

General Policies
 
- A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
- Unmarried couples are welcome only if both guests present valid ID, subject to applicable laws.
- Smoking is prohibited inside rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.
- Pets are not allowed unless approved by hotel management.
- Guests are requested to maintain silence between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
 
Children Policy
 
- Children below 6 years stay free when using existing bedding.
- Extra mattress/bed is available at an additional charge, subject to availability.
 
Visitor Policy
 
- Outside visitors are allowed only in the lobby or with prior permission from hotel management.
- Visitors must register at the reception and present a valid ID.
 
Payment Policy
 
- Full payment may be required at check-in.
- Cash, UPI, debit cards, and major credit cards are accepted.
- GST invoice is available on request.
 
Cancellation Policy
 
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in may incur one night's room charge.
- No-shows may be charged for the first night's stay.
 
Safety & Security
 
- CCTV surveillance is operational in all common areas.
- The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables left unattended in rooms.
- Guests are requested to keep their room locked when leaving.
